Where a session runs

Planned: when you start a session in an organisation, the app picks the computer for you and shows the reason, for example “Runs where the repo lives”. Choose Change to pick another. It asks only when two computers fit equally, and it remembers your choice for that project. The app never picks a personal computer for organisation work, and never an organisation computer for personal work.
