Tasks

Tasks are the work items in your tracker. remotxai shows them next to the sessions that work on them. It supports trackxai today.

Connect a tracker to a computer

1. Open Computer settings and go to Trackers.
2. Choose Connect trackxai. The computer asks trackxai for a short code.
3. Open the page the app shows, sign in, enter the code, pick the one workspace this computer may use and approve. The code expires after a few minutes.

The token stays on the computer. It never reaches your phone or remotxai servers.

Link a task to a session

1. In the session, open the tasks panel. The status bar shows the count, for example 2 tasks.
2. Choose Link work item.
3. Search by key or title, or paste a key or URL.

Each task shows its state: To do, In progress, In review, Blocked or Done, with how many criteria are met. Choose View detail for the criteria and the last progress note. Open in trackxai opens the task in the tracker. Unlink removes the link.

See all tasks

The Tracker page lists the tasks from the trackers linked to a computer. Refresh reloads them.

A phone without full access sees only the tasks linked to its own sessions.
